The hotel's poolside area provided a pleasant environment to relax and unwind after a long day.

The dining area was consistently overcrowded, leading to significant waits to access food.

Very old. Inspite of it has A/C it is very loud and uneffective. There are no facilities to dry you clothes or even towels. We had halfboard and once tried we found out that food was awful. Hotel surroundings are very noisy especially after 10 p.m.

There is also Dalmau Park not far from this hotel. Location was within 10 min walking distance to platja de garbi.

Recommend it for families

The staff were really friendly, they treated us like family when we checked in making us feel welcomed right away. The entertainment staff were great too- they put on these activities like foam parties which my kids found so much...  

Good hotel, worth the money, the food was good, I had breakfast and dinner, dining hall is great but sometimes you have to wait a bit for a free table, good staff, the only problem-NO internet 24 July to 1 August 2011...  

Nothing, terrible Hotel

This was just about the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Avoid like the plague !!!!!!

I appreciated the hotel's vibrant atmosphere, especially the spacious pool area with plenty of sunbeds and tables. The friendly staff enhanced the experience, always making sure we felt welcomed and comfortable ....  

The hotel itself quite good apart from the dining room and cold food also too many queues at mealtimes food not worth queueing for poor quality my husband and I ate out most of the time even though we were all inclusive.

The hotel was great value for money, the staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. We arrived very late after dinner had finished and were offered snacks inn the...  

The room was a bit outdated but clean enough. The size was cramped, especially with a cot for my son, but it worked for us. Daily fresh towels were a plus, and our bedding was changed regularly. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, hard to sleep comfortably at times. Still, the room had everything we needed for a night's stay while enjoying our holiday.

The hotel is very easy to find, parking is not the hotel, parked in the surrounding streets is sometimes a problem. Rooms for 4 people, is actually a room for 2 people, but in another room with 2 beds (width 70cm). So the room is not too much...  

The personnel was very polite and helpful, all the rest was just .......bad experience.....

Realy bad experience......very noisy.....you can not relax even for one minute.....I thing they don't even care about the costumer comforts......only the money.........I thing i will never go again.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The staff members were genuinely friendly, treating us like family! Our kids especially loved the engaging activities, like the foam parties which were a highlight.

The noise levels within the hotel were disruptive, significantly affecting our ability to enjoy quiet moments.

Had incredible experience, overall great and impressive place.

The staff were all welcoming and polite. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was amazing!
